All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday. We usually ship our orders via Royal Mail 48. You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for an additional fee.

Due to the nature of the products we sell and with each item being custom made, we unfortunately do NOT accept returns. If you have received an item in error please contact us.

Once your item has been sent to our warehouse team, you unable to change your shipping address. We may be able to stop the order being sent to the courier. Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help.

To track your order, please either login to your account on our website or click the tracking link in the dispatch email we sent you.

We ship to the UK only at this time, however we may expand this to other parts of the world depending on demand.

We aim to ship all your order in one parcel, but sometimes we may require to send pre-orders at a later date, in separate orders. Don’t worry, we never charge extra shipping on these items and most of our orders are sent out with FREE UK Shipping!
